Qualitative research for IPAS Global's organizational change roadmap

RAISE was hired to evaluate staff members’ perceptions and experiences of the organisation’s roadmap and theory of change toward a more decentralised and decolonized international model. We conducted and analysed 24 in-depth interviews, using thematic analysis to highlight key findings and develop the final report.

Disability inclusion materials review and update

RAISE partnered with the organisation Mission Accessibility (‘MA’) to update Ipas’ existing materials on disability inclusion and abortion to better align with their values. Focused on reproductive and disability justice, the project combined the professional and lived-experience expertise of RAISE and MA in disability rights, reproductive justice, and their intersectionalities within feminism.
